Useful things to include

If a tool failed, tell us the page, your device and browser (for example, iPhone 13 with Safari, or Windows with Chrome), and roughly how large the file was. Please do not attach the file itself unless we ask; the tools are built so that your files stay with you.

If a service has changed its limit, a link to its own help page is the fastest way for us to confirm and update.

Suggestions

If there is an upload box that keeps rejecting your files and no page here for it, tell us where it is and what it rejects. That is how new pages get added.
